Not less than $99, but here is a deal going on now at MicroCenter:

Basically they will give you two coupons for $29.99 towards DS software when you buy a new DS Lite. One coupon good during Decemeber, and the other coupon good during January. Not exactly sure when the deal expires. There are two dates in the email, one saying 12/2 and one saying 12/24.
Terms and Conditions:

Purchase any new DS Lite system and receive two coupons, each redeemable for any NEW or USED Nintendo DS game $29.99 and under at no charge or receive a $29.99 discount off the regular retail price of any higher price NEW or USED DS game.
