How to Receive Your Bonus Subscription:
1. Purchase a minimum of $25 worth of beauty products from any one Apparel or Shoes seller in one order: www.amazon.com/apparel or www.amazon.com/shoes
- Please note: Items from multiple sellers will not combine to qualify. The combined $25 must be in one order from one seller.
2. Check out, and pay for your order.
3. An email will be sent to your Amazon.com email account within 7 days with instructions on how to redeem your subscription.
4. Offer expires August 27, 2008.
The emails will only be sent to customers that have not opted out from receiving promotional email communication. If you have chosen to not receive promotional email communication, but still want to receive the offer, you will need to update your communication preferences.
Updating Your Communication Preferences:

Fine Print
This magazine promotion is valid only August 4th through August 27th, and is available only to U.S. residents. The promotion is void where prohibited. If you make a qualifying purchase, you will receive an email within 1 week containing instructions on how to opt in for the subscription. If you have opted out of Amazon.com's marketing emails, you will need to contact customer service to receive this offer. If you are already a subscriber to Lucky, TeenVogue or GQ, and wish to opt in to this promotion, 12 months will be added on to your existing subscription term with that magazine. At the end of the subscription period, you will have the option to renew your subscription, or do nothing and allow your subscription to end. If your eligible Apparel and/or Shoes order cannot be verified from your entry, your subscription will not be fulfilled. Limit one promotional subscription per customer. Your credit card information will not be passed to the magazine publisher. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your first issue.
