Official Entry forms will be available during the following events: Bazaar Lounge in Atlanta, GA on Thursday, June 28, 2007 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET; and the Aqua Night Club in Minneapolis, MN on Thursday, July 19, 2007 from 9:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. ET. If you are in attendance at any of these events, you may complete and submit an official entry form to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
