INSTANT WIN PRIZE CLAIMS: Each potential winner will be contacted by U.S. mail or overnight delivery service using the information provided on his/her official registration form. Unclaimed Instant Win Game First and Second Prizes will be awarded in the Second Chance Drawing described in Rule 5 below (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries). Other unclaimed Instant Win Game prizes will not be awarded. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the unlikely event that winning messages for any Instant Win Game prize level are distributed in numbers greater than the number stated in these Official Rules, that stated number of winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level.
SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: All unclaimed Instant Win Game First and Second Prizes will be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing, assuming a sufficient number of eligible entries. Each time you play the Instant Win Game whether win you win or not, you will be automatically entered in the Second Chance Drawing. Winners will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted by the Judges on or about 11/30/09. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the number of unclaimed Instant Win Game First and Second Prizes that are included in the Second Chance Drawing. Second Chance Drawing winners will be notified by mail or overnight delivery.
SELECTION OF SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted by the Judges on or about 11/6/09.
ELIGIBILITY: Game/Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the State of Maine age 18 or older as of 8/14/09 and individual legal residents of the other 49 United States and the District of Columbia age 13 or older as of 8/14/09, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.
VERIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be notified by overnight delivery service. Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and Instant Win Game First and Second Prize winners will, and other Instant Win Game prize winners may, be required to sign affidavits of eligibility and liability releases and, where permitted, publicity releases. Entry into this Game/Sweepstakes constitutes winners' agreement to sign such releases. Any prize may be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit/release is not returned within 14 days after mailing to winner or if prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable. If Sweepstakes Grand Prize or any Instant Win Game prize is won by a minor, it may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian in Sponsor's sole discretion. Allow 6-8 weeks for prize delivery.
