another news story about the "new" elmo coming November 8th:
Wal-Mart also announced its top 12 toys for Christmas, which include the Kid Tough Digital Camera and the Smart Cycle from Fisher Price, Air Hogs Havoc Heli and Aqua Dots Super Studio from Spin Master and the Power Tour Electric Guitar from Hasbro (Charts).
Also on the list is the new Elmo from Fisher Price, a division of Mattel (Charts, Fortune 500). Fisher-Price is expected to reveal this year's surprise Elmo doll on Nov. 8.

Is the warning email I've seen at some sites. Based on the language here and I (warning) "I am not your lawyer, do not construe this as legal advice" that at least on the copyright liability part, it seems one could in theory escape liability by not offering the scan, but by typing out the information. There can be copyright protection on the photos and arrangement in flyer, but no copyright protection exists for facts. It seems very arguable that a price of a certain product on a day is a fact.
I'm not sure what other liability may exist, but I'd be interested in hearing other thoughts. |

| Help! I have been waiting for this. Why can't I find it on diggs? I signed up for an acct and everthing. It keeps bringing me back to daddyodeals the same post. I tried to click the other post with the adscan and the page has an error and says its doesn't exist. |

| I don't think so. Last year they had an emachine for $300 something. This years its a compaq. Last year they also had a scanner/copier/printer Lexmark for $30 and that is not in this ad. Plus the Nintendo DS bundles are new this year and those are listed as well. Sorry as stinky as the ad is I think it's true. |

Well I have to say I'm not too impressed. The only thing that caught my eye was the Polaroid 42 inch 1080 tv. I'm not sure if Polaroid LCD are good buys or not. Anybody know? I was thinking about getting the Circuit City 50 inch Samsung 720p LCD instead for the same price.
I was hoping for an HD Player for cheap at Walmart, oh well.
Guess I'll be logging onto Walmart .com on Thansgiving to see what the Secret In Store Sales are. |

| Walmart does do price matching I have used this for the last 3 years I take all my ads with me and can make most all of my purchases right there without running from one store to the next. |
